No confidential contact records, deal valuations, or client phone numbers are transmitted across unauthorized third-party marketing networks.

2. Enterprise Data Protection & Privacy Principles

In commercial deployments of TechSunset Leads, data handling complies with applicable privacy legislation, including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. Our safeguards include:

• End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and AES-256 encryption at rest.
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensuring sales executives, managers, and administrators access only authorized deals.
• Isolated customer ledgers ensuring zero cross-tenant contamination.
• Zero advertising monetization or third-party resale of customer relationship data.

3. Control Over Your Records

You maintain full ownership of your pipeline records. Within your workspace, you can manage, filter, export to CSV, or restore baseline records at any time by navigating to Settings → Workspace Data.

4. Cookies and Analytical Telemetry

We employ strictly essential technical session mechanisms required to navigate the platform. We do not utilize intrusive cross-site third-party data broker beacons.
