Customer Data Governance & Regulatory Notice
TechSunset Leads is software engineered to facilitate customer relationship management, sales pipeline tracking, and revenue intelligence. Organizations utilizing TechSunset Leads remain the data fiduciaries for contact and interaction records entered into the platform, subject to applicable Indian and international privacy statutes.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing TechSunset Leads (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you hold the requisite authority to bind that entity.
2. Sales Workspace Usage & Conduct
TechSunset Leads is provided for business-to-business and direct commercial sales management. You agree to use standard commercial practices and maintain compliance with applicable communication regulations and anti-spam legislation.
3. Customer Relationship & Pipeline Integrity
TechSunset Leads provides deal forecasting, stage tracking, and task management tools. The user is responsible for ensuring that all commercial proposals, quotations, and contract commitments managed through the workspace adhere to governing commercial agreements.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The software interface, layout designs, pipeline engines, branding, logos, and documentation comprising TechSunset Leads are the proprietary intellectual property of TechSunset Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TechSunset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost sales opportunities, business interruption, or configuration oversights.
